Shop policies and returns

• If for some reason, I receive a 'return to sender' package back to my studio, I am happy to re-send the package but I will charge the customer a new shipping fee. If you'd like a refund instead, please be aware that refunds are made of the original cost, minus the shipping fee and a $40 handling and restocking fee.

• Your order can be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchasing, via email. Cancelled orders 48 hours after purchasing that have not already been shipped, will incur a $40 handling and restocking fee. Please cancel your order by emailing hello@kunang-sutra-agung.com with your order number.

• Please shop mindfully. Due to how delicate fine art is, once you receive item from my shop I do not accept refunds. If you have any problems with you order, please contact me and I'll be more than happy to work something out with you.
